ON-Line Ordering

The Covered Bridge is committed to making the process of buying Fine Art on-line as simple, clear, and fail safe as possible.  We encourage your E-mail inquiries, and will be pleased to answer all of your questions.  We offer highly individualized service, and will not hesitate to make arrangements suitable to each purchaser's needs.

 

Security and Privacy

The Covered Bridge is extremely concerned about protecting the security and privacy of its clients.  Credit card information is not required on line, we will contact you to let you know of the total price including shipping and insurance and to finalize transactions. At that time credit card information will be exchanged. All orders must be shipped to credit card billing address.   You can also call us during regular business hours (10am-5pm) in New Hampshire at (603) 746-4996 EST.

Credit card information is cleared and authorized using traditional secure links to major banks.  For your added protection, all of our sales information is maintained "off the net".  Off -line storage of our clients personal information ensures our ability to prevent accidental disclosure.  In addition CBG guarantees that client names and mailing information will not be provided to outside sources without prior permission.

 

Shipment of Goods

The cost of packaging and insured shipment of goods will be at the purchasers expense.   Inquiries as to the cost of shipping may be made prior to purchase.  No sales tax in New Hampshire will apply.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns for refund may be made within 7 days of receipt.  A Return Authorization number is required for all returns and must be obtained by calling the Covered Bridge @ (603) 746-4996.  Returns received without a RA number will not be accepted.  All returns must be in original condition and packing and shipped via insured carrier.  Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
